Speech Data Operations Lead

About the role
You’ll run the programme that collects the voices our models learn from — recruiting speakers, running sessions, paying people fairly and on time, and protecting their data.
What you’ll do
- Plan and run recording programmes across regions
- Own consent, payment and withdrawal processes end to end
- Work with community members to review prompts and rates
- Track data quality with the research team
What we’re looking for
- Experience running field operations or research programmes
- Native Swahili speaker
- Meticulous with process and people’s data
Nice to have
- Background in research ethics
- Experience in audio or media production
- Network across Tanzanian regions
